Clinic to move to 2nd Floor!

Effective June 11, 2013, all clinic will be moved to our newly renovated 2nd floor! This means, if you have a New Patient appointment or a follow-up, you will now come to the 2nd floor to check-in. We look forward to taking care of you, and thank you for being patient during construction. All patients with a procedure will still continue to the first floor check-in.
